That’s a real comment Dale heard from a prospect who ended up becoming a customer.
Too bad it’s the norm, instead of the exception. There’s an unfortunate lack of regulation and standards in the roofing industry, so we’ve set our own. We do home roof replacements and new construction roofing, and we make sure we do it to the highest degree of quality.
But it all starts with the quote. It’s our goal to make sure you can see why it’s not all about the dollars: We want you to walk away from our conversation with a full understanding of the scope of the project.
We don’t win every project we write quotes for, and that’s OK. Our quote will be meticulous in what it covers, but you’ll have a project scope that is accurate and clearly explained. No surprises, just professionalism. While we will include x amount of sheets, it is not uncommon to find additional wood replacement that is needed, we cannot quote what we cannot see, but often we can “feel” bad wood by walking on the roof during our inspection.
